Whereas the purchase and installation of the Vertical Lifting Fabric "tunnel" door at Metro's Bus facility  was approved in the 2007 Capital budget for Metro and will enable Metro to save energy.

NOW THEREFOR BE IT RESOLVED that the plans and specifications for the purchase and installation of the Vertical Lifting Fabric "tunnel" door at Metro's Bus facility are hereby approved;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise for and receive bids for the required public works contract(s).
