The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

1. Paragraph 3287. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

'28.06(2)(a)3287. The following described property is hereby omitted from the Temp A Temporary Agriculture District and added to the Planned Unit Development (General Development Plan) District:

Replat of Lot 2 of Certified Survey Map No. 8625 to Lot 5, of Hawk's Ridge Subdivision, City of Madison, Dane County Wisconsin, containing 1.337 acres."

2. Paragraph 3288. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

'28.06(2)(a)3288. The following described property is hereby omitted from the Temp A Temporary Agriculture District and added to the Planned Unit Development (General Development Plan) District:
