Accepting sanitary sewer constructed by Private Contract for West Apron Expansion Sanitary Sewer Relocation, Private Contract No. 1822. (17th AD)
Body
WHEREAS, Dane County Regional Airport, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer improvements by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in:
West Apron Expansion Sanitary Sewer Location
WHEREAS, the Developer has failed to return the lien waivers and affidavit as required in the Developer's Agreement and that the statute of limitations has since expired.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said sanitary sewer improvements be and are hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
