Body

WHEREAS, Dane County, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  

WHEREAS, the Developer has failed to return the lien waivers and affidavit as required in the Developer's Agreement and that the Statute of Limitations has since expired.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

Pankratz Street from south end to 440-feet SW of Anderson Street.
