This resolution adds $22,200 of funding to the 2007 Public Health Capital Budget for the purpose of telephone equipment purchases. Funding will be provided by Dane County. No additional General Obligation Debt is required.

Preamble: The City of Madison and Dane County 2007 Capital Budgets both included funds to purchase telephone equipment for Public Health-Madison and Dane County. A late change that was made in the 2007 Dane County Capital Budget was not reflected in the 2007 City of Madison Capital Budget. The Madison budget did not include all of the Dane County general obligation debt to be used to purchase telephone equipment for County Public Health staff who will become part of the merged department.
