The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Paragraph 3279. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3279.  The following described property is hereby omitted from the Temp A Temporary Agriculture District and added to C1 Limited Commercial District:
A parcel of land located in the SW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 25, T7N, R8E, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, to wit: Commencing at the southwest corner of said Section 25; thence N01º32'18"E along west line of said SW ¼, 209.00 feet; thence N89º33'35"E, 51.03 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing N89º33'35"E, 157.97 feet; thence S01º32'18"W 168.98 feet; thence S89º33'35"W, 132.09 feet to a point of curve; thence northwesterly on a curve to the right which has a radius of 25.00 feet and a chord which bears N44º27'04"W, 35.96 feet; thence N01º32'18"E, 143.10 feet to the point of beginning.  This parcel contains 26,532 square feet."
