RESOLVED that Water Service Lateral Installation improvements in First Addition to the Meadowlands, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility's General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $2,500 to expire not earlier than June 19, 2008 to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
