RESOLVED that Water Main and Water Service Lateral Installation improvements in Grandview Commons - Phase 6, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility's General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $2,500 to expire not earlier than October 6, 2007 to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
