Body
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that a Certified Survey Map of property owned by Meriter Hospital, Inc. located at 8001 Raymond Road, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, which has been duly filed for approval of the Madison Common Council, be and the same is hereby approved as required by Chapter 236, Wisconsin Statutes.
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Madison are hereby authorized to sign the certified survey, bond and subdivision contract, subsequent affidavits of corrections, parkland acquisition documents, easement or right-of-way release or procurement documents or any other related document or documents as deemed necessary by the Secretary of the Plan Commission in accordance with the approved Certified Survey Map.
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all dedications included in this Certified Survey or required as a condition of approval of this Certified Survey be and are hereby accepted by the City of Madison.
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that approval of this Certified Survey Map includes a minor amendment to the Central Urban Service Area Environmental Corridor Map to reduce the McKee Road/ CTH PD 300-foot frontage landscape buffer along the southern boundary of Lot 2 to 150 feet subject to the approval of the Capital Area Regional Planning Commission and the City of Verona.
