DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:  This ordinance creates the classes of Property Lister 1, Property Lister 2 and Property Lister 3 in Compensation Group 20, Range 09, 11, and 13, respectively, thereof.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

Subdivision (e) of Subsection (1) entitled "Basic Salary Schedules By Compensation Groups" of Section 3.38 entitled "Compensation Plan" of the Madison General Ordinances is amended by creating the classes of Property Lister 1, Property Lister 2 and Property Lister 3 in Compensation Group 20, Range 09, 11, and 13, respectively, thereof.
