The cost for the remainder of 2007 is approximately $473 (or $647, including benefits), and is available in the City Assessor's budget. The cost in 2007 will be mitigated by underfilling the Property Lister 2 with a 1. The projected annualized cost is $4,580 (or $6,265, including benefits).
Title
That the vacant position (#718) of Administrative Clerk 1 in Compensation Group 20, Range 09, and the position (#750) of Assessment Aide 2 in Compensation Group 20, Range 11, in the permanent salary detail of the City Assessor's budget are repealed and recreated as a position of Property Lister 2 in Compensation Group 20, Range 11 and Property Lister 3 in Compensation Group 20, Range 13, respectively. Be it further resolved that M. Richards shall be reallocated to Property Lister 3.
