Fiscal Note
The 2007 Adopted Budget contains $1,300,000 for this project. New projections indicate that $1,700,000 will be required for construction, and $40,692 for architectural costs. This resolution adds $440,692 of funding authorization derived from development fee sources, thereby increasing total project authorization to $1,740,692. No additional General Obligation debt is required.

SUBSTITUTE - To approve plans and specifications and authorize the Board of Public Works to advertise and receive bids for Breese Stevens Field Restoration - 2007, Contract No. 6044. (2nd AD) and to amend the 2007 Parks Division Capital Budget by adding $440,692 of funding authorization for Project #14, Breese Stevens.

BE IT RESOLVED,
1) That the plans and specifications for Breese Stevens Field Restoration - 2007, be and are hereby approved.
2) That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
3) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to accept dedication of lands and/or easements from the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the 2007 Parks Division Capital Budget is amended by the addition of $440,692 of funding for Project #14 "Breese Stevens", and that this funding is provided from the following sources: SI04 Development Fees: $100,000, and SI26 Law-Tenney: $340,692.
