WHEREAS, Premium Real Estate, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
Madison Standard street improvements, including sidewalk, on the following streets:
Hercules Trail - south line of Lot 571 (existing street) to the north line of Lot 577.
Orion Trail - south line of Lot 552 (existing street) to the north line of Lot 558.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2019 $86,526.90 useful life of 40 years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guaranty shall be commenced on January 2, 2007.
