PREAMBLE

The City of Madison in 1992 and 1993, acquired four single-family residences (122 South Yellowstone Drive and 6,10 and 14 Yellowstone Court) to facilitate the remediation of the Mineral Point Landfill. The City had identified the limits of the landfill as being within the property boundaries of these residences.
