To adopt and confirm amendments to the Madison General Ordinances as set forth in attached Exhibit A pursuant to Sec. 66.0103, Wis. Stats.
Body
The Common Council of the City of Madison do ordain as follows:
All of Exhibit A repealing and recreating Sections 6.05, 6.06, 6.07, 6.10, 6.12 and 6.13, amending Sections 25.03(12) and 34.01(4)(b), amending, creating, repealing and recreating or repealing various sections of Chapter 34 and amending or creating Sections 1.08(3)(a) and 1.08(4) of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby adopted in its entirety and confirmed in all respects.
Said Exhibit A is published in pamphlet form by direction of the Common Council of the City of Madison, in accordance with Section 66.0103, Wisconsin Statutes.
