The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Paragraph 3273. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3273. The following described property is hereby omitted from the A Agriculture District to O-1 Limited Office-Residence District:
Part of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 3, T6N, R8E, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, to-wit: Commencing at the East 1/4 corner of the said Section 3; thence S00°05'11"W along the East line of the said SE 1/4 436.31 feet; thence continuing along said East line, S00°05'11"E, 2140.38 feet to the North line of Mckee Road; thence along said North line, N89°05'28"W, 862.25 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing N89°05'28"W, 475.02 feet; thence N00°19'48"E, 500.03 feet; thence S89°05'28"E, 475.02 feet; thence S00°19'48"W, 500.03 feet to the point of beginning, containing 5.45 acres."
