Fiscal Note
This resolution would authorize an increase of $110,000 in the budget authority of the Neighborhood Traffic Management capital project (810360). This would be funded through a transfer of budget authority from the Lien Road capital project (810366).
Funds are available in the Acct. Nos. listed on the attached.

BE IT RESOLVED, that the following low bids for miscellaneous improvements be accepted and that the Mayor and City Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with the low bidders contained herein, subject to the Contractor's compliance with Section 3.58 of the Madison General Ordinances concerning compliance with the Affirmative Action provisions:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the funds be encumbered to cover the cost of the projects contained herein.
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, that the 2007 Engineering-Major Streets Capital Budget is hereby amended as follows:
