This is continuation of an ongoing program. Revenues and expenses of up to $15,000 plus the City's 25% matching share are included in the 2007 Traffic Engineering Operating Budget. No impact on cost controls.

Body
WHEREAS, the Dane County Highway and Transportation Committee has authorized the use of County matching funds (75% of program costs) to finance up to a maximum contribution of $15,000 for the City of Madison Pedestrian-Bicycle Coordinator Program;
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be and are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement to accept funds in the amount of up to $15,000 from Dane County to be applied to the Pedestrian-Bicycle Coordinator Program (Account GN01-73310-577221 up to $15,000) in the Traffic Engineering Division during the one-year period beginning June 1, 2007.
