The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Paragraph 3265. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3265. The following described property is hereby omitted from the M1 Limited Manufacturing District and added to the C3 Highway Commercial District:
Part of the SW ?, of the NW ? of Section 30, T7N, R10E, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, described as follows: Beginning on the Northeast corner of Lot 1, Certified Survey Map No. 8735 and the South right of way line of US Highway 12 and 18; thence S00?43'58"W, 407.41 feet more or less, along the east lot lines of Lots 1 & 2 of Certified Survey Map No. 8735 to the Southeast corner of Lot 2 of said Certified Survey Map No. 8735 that being the Northeast corner of Lot 1, Certified Survey Map No. 5802, thence continuing S00?43'58"W, 363.00 feet more or less to the Southeast corner of Lot 1, Certified Survey No 5802; thence continuing south 70' more or less to the south right of way line of Industrial Drive; thence East along said South right of way line to the City of Madison Boundary; thence North on a line that is parallel to and 165.00 feet East of the East line of the West ? of the NW ? of said Section 30, 1,095 feet, more or less, to the center line of U.S. Highway 12 and 18 as located in State of Wisconsin Highway Department Project Number 1206-02-74 in 1988 and a point of curve; thence West along the said centerline of US Highway 12 and 18 to a point on ...
