Authorizing an Amendment No. 2 to the contract between the City of Madison and Potter Lawson, Inc., in the amount of $190,024 for additional architectural and engineering design services for the City-County Building Tenant Improvements. (4th AD)
Body
Whereas, the parties, the City of Madison ("City") and Potter Lawson, Inc. ("Architect" or "Contractor") entered into a contract for purchase of architectural and engineering design services for the City-County Building Tenant Improvement Remodels on August 17, 2006, and
Whereas, the amendment is the continuation of development and preparation of architectural and engineering design, space planning, plans, space planning, and specifications, preparation of bid documents, assistance in the bid process and construction administration for the design and construction of tenant improvement remodels in the City-County Building (CCB) and the Madison Municipal Building (MMB), and
Whereas, provide additional architectural schematic design services for Development Services Center areas to be located on the lower level in the Madison Municipal Building for the additional fee of $6,400, and,
Whereas, provide additional architectural and engineering design services to prepare construction documents for additional remodeling for Comptroller Offices for Payroll Services and Document Services located on fourth floor in the City-County Building for the additional fee of $4,995 and,
Whereas, provide complete architectural and engineering design services including programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding documents, and construction administration for the additional tenant improvement remodel areas represented as Central Police and Administration Office Remodel and shall include offices, work areas, and reception spaces located on the ground floor in the City-County Building for the additional fee of...
