Body

WHEREAS, American Parkway between Hoepker Rd and Village Park Drive was built as a town road and is in poor condition, and

WHEREAS, the lands surrounding American Parkway are rapidly developing in the City of Madison, and

WHEREAS, the Dane County Highway Department specializes in the repair of town roads and is willing to reconstruct the road for the City Of Madison.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Dane County for the reconstruction of American Parkway.
