WHEREAS, Reston Corp. of Madison, has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:
Wyalusing Drive from the south line of Lot 205 (existing street) to the north plat line (Broad Creek Boulevard).
Broad Creek Boulevard (westbound) from the west line of Lot 67 (existing street) to Wyalusing Drive.
Broad Creek Boulevard (eastbound) from Murley Drive.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No.53B1840 $13,217.04 useful of 40 years.
