Body

WHEREAS, Struck Street, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk and other public infrastructure improvements on  Watts Road and Struck Street adjacent to 6600 Watts Road.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said improvements be and are hereby accepted.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said improvements shall have commenced on August 17, 2006.  

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2065, $14,762.30 useful life of 40 years.
