PREAMBLE

Milwaukee Street, from Sprecher Road to 500' west of Rustic Drive (Eastbound Lanes) will be reconstructed to improve the eastbound lanes to an urban roadway with concrete curb and gutter and asphalt pavement. The Dane County Highway Department specializes in the repair and construction of town roads and is willing to construct the improvements to Milwaukee Street

BE IT RESOLVED:

1.      That the Mayor and City Clerk be and hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Dane County for the said improvements.
