Accepting a Sanitary Sewer Easement from the Vedder-Shults Trust across property located at 5110 Spring Court.

WHEREAS, in accordance with the Conditional Use/Demolition Application Conditional Approval for the property at 5110 Spring Court, a 20-foot wide public sanitary sewer easement is required to be granted to the City of Madison, at no cost to the City; and
WHEREAS, the Owner has agreed to the easement at no cost to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Division has reviewed and recommends acceptance of said easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City of Madison hereby accepts a 20-foot Public Sanitary Sewer Easement from the Vedder-Shults Trust, more particularly described as follows:
A 20' wide Sanitary Sewer Easement being part of the southeasterly 20 feet of Lot 33 and Lot 34, Block 1, Spring Harbor, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, described as follows:
Commencing at the southeastern corner of said Lot 34; thence N25º31'31"E along the southeastern property line of said Lot 34, 52.52 feet to the point of beginning; thence N73º50'01"W, 62.89 feet; thence N24º22'14"E, 20.21 feet; thence S73º50'01"E, 63.31 feet to a point on the southeastern line of said Lot 34; thence S25º31'31"W along said southeastern line 20.27 feet to the point of beginning.
This easement parcel contains 1,262 square feet.
