Resolved that Water Main and Water Service Lateral Installation improvements in Meriter Hospital/Raymond Road, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $5,000 to expire not earlier than February 23, 2008, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
