DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:  This ordinance deletes the hourly classification of Beach Supervisor in Compensation Group 17, and recreates said class as Aquatics Supervisor as a retitlement in Compensation Group 17.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) entitled "Hourly Rate Schedule" of Section 3.38 entitled "Compensation Plan" of the Madison General Ordinances is amended by deleting the hourly classification of Beach Supervisor in Compensation Group 17, and recreating said class as Aquatics Supervisor as a retitlement in Compensation Group 17, thereof.
