Body

WHEREAS, Watts & Struck, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sidewalk and other public infrastructure improvements on Watts Road and Struck Street adjacent to the Watts Road Certified Survey Map.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said improvements be and are hereby accepted.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said improvements shall have commenced on April 26, 2006.

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2051 $11,797.50 useful life of 40 years.
