WHEREAS, Starkweather Square, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
Madison standard street improvements, including sidewalk:
Rustic Drive from Milwaukee Street to the south line of the public greenway.
Driscoll Drive from the east plat line to the west plat line.
Madison standard street improvements, without sidewalk:
Katherine Court from Driscoll Drive to the south end.
Connor Court from Rustic Drive to the west end.
Madison standard concrete sidewalk on the south side of Milwaukee Street from the east plat line to the west plat line.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2041 $155,069.00 useful life of 40 years.
