Body

WHEREAS, Attic Angel Prairie Point, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction. 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:

Theis Trail from Pleasant View Road to Meadow Rose Lane.

Meadow Rose Lane from Samuel Drive to the north line of Lot 11.

Wood Violet Way from Meadow Rose Lane to the east plat line (existing street).

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1992 $10,495.00 useful life of 40 years.
