WHEREAS, Midland Builders, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:
 
Iris Bloom Circle from Turning Leaf Drive to the west end.
Iris Bloom Drive from the east line of Lot 223 (existing street) to Turning Leaf Drive.
Heather Glen Drive from the east line of Lot 241 (existing street) to Turning Leaf Drive.
Heather Glen Drive from Turning Leaf Drive to Secret Bluff Drive.
Secret Bluff Drive from Heather Glen Drive to Turning Leaf Drive.
Secret Bluff Drive from Turning Leaf Drive to Sabertooth Trail.
Turning Leaf Drive from the north line of Lot 348 (existing street) to the south plat line.
Sabertooth Trail from the northeast line of Lot 259 (existing street) to Heather Glen Drive.
Madison Standard concrete sidewalk (6-feet wide) in the public park access strips (Outlot 7) located between Lots 349 and 350 and between Lots 366 and 367.  
 
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1885 $48,835.00 useful life of 40-years.  
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one year warranty period shall have commenced November 12, 2004.
