Accepting bituminous pavement constructed by private contract in The Crossing - Phase V, Private Contract No. 1838. (7th AD)
Body
WHEREAS, Midland Builders, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:
East Pass from the south plat line to the north line of Lot 214 (existing street).
Ice Age Drive from the Heather Glen Drive to the north line of Lot 202 (existing street).
Mammoth Trail from the south plat line to the north line of Lot 166 (existing street)
Heather Glen Drive from the east plat line to the west line of Lot 240 (existing street)
Iris Bloom Drive from East Pass to the west line of Lot 235.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1838 $66,500.00 useful of 40 years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year warranty shall have commenced November 12, 2004.
