Body

WHEREAS, Gorman & Company, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:

Dewberry Drive from the south line of Lot 10 to Ritz Drive

Ritz Drive from Dewberry Drive to the west plat line.

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1828 $14,300.00 useful of 40 years.
