PREAMBLE

Reconstruction of Siggelkow Road from Marsh Road westerly to the City limits is scheduled for construction in 2008.  City staff will design the proposed improvement.  A field survey is required for the design process.  Pursuant to City Ordinances and Policies, the City Engineer advertised for consultant proposals, reviewed the submitted proposals, and recommended the contract be awarded to Burse Surveying and Engineering, Inc.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with Burse Surveying and Engineering, Inc for surveying services for  Siggelkow Road.
