DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This ordinance adds enforcement of Dane County Shoreland Zoning Ordinances in areas annexed to the City since May 7, 1982, as required by Wis. Stats. sec. 59.692(7).

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Subdivision (o) of Subsection (3) entitled "Scope Of Regulations" of Section 28.04 entitled "General Provisions" is created to read as follows:
"(o) All lands annexed to the City of Madison after May 7, 1982 shall be subject to the Dane County Shoreland Zoning Ordinance in effect at the time of annexation."
