Body

WHEREAS, Weber Development, Ltd. has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:

               Fargo Trail from Elderberry Road northerly to the north line of Lot 103 (existing street)

      Little Bear Drive from Elderberry Road northerly to the north line of Lot 110 (existing street)

      Whippoorwill Way from the west plat line to the east plat line.

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2026 $22,342.00 useful of 40 years.
