Body

WHEREAS, Madison Area CLT Corporation has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:

Camino de Sol from Troy Drive to the south end.

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No.53B1694 $9,235.00 useful of 40 years.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the one year warranty shall have commenced August 15, 2006.
