PREAMBLE
The City is proposing to reconstruct Femrite Drive from Marsh Road to Interstate 90 in 2007. The reconstruction project will include a new structure over the Penito Creek. The roadway plans will be completed by City staff and the structure plans will be prepared by the consultant. Pursuant to City Ordinances and Policies, the City Engineer advertised for consultant proposals, reviewed the submitted proposals, and recommends the design engineering contract be awarded to Earth Tech, Inc.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Earth Tech, Inc. for design engineering services for Femrite Drive Bridge.
