PREAMBLE
On June 16, 2006, the City Engineer opened bids for the Repainting of the North Transfer Point Structure. On July 18, 2006, the Common Council adopted a resolution, awarding the contract for the Repainting of the North Transfer Point Structure to Klein Dickert Co., Inc. On 11/8/06, Klein Dickert Co., Inc. submitted an affidavit, certifying that the prevailing wage requirements have been met, and its request for final payment.
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, that the Repainting of the North Transfer Point Structure improvements have been completed on 10/18/06 and are hereby accepted.
