Fiscal Note
The Housing Operations 2007 Operating Budget funds the Director position at $85,179. This contract stipulates an annual salary of $91,029.60. The difference (including increased benefits) will be funded through a combination of salary savings, reallocation of federal funds, and/or reserves applied.
Title
Submitting the name of Augustine Olvera for confirmation of a five-year term as Housing Unit Director.
Body
Whereas, Mayor Cieslewicz has re-appointed Augustine Olvera to the position of Housing Unit Director and has recommended to the Common Council that his re-appointment be confirmed; and
Whereas, the parties have reached an accord on the terms and conditions of an Employment Agreement between the City and Mr. Olvera;
Now, therefore, be it resolved that Mr. Olvera's re-appointment to the position of Housing Unit Director is hereby confirmed, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute an Employment Agreement between the City and Mr. Olvera.
