Resolved that the water main installation improvements in Secret Places at Siggelkow Preserve - Phase I, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount $5,000 to expire not earlier than January 2, 2008, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
