WHEREAS, Great Neighborhoods West, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
 
Lone Oak Lane from Valley View Road to the south plat line (existing improved street).
Overlook Run from Valley View Road to Ancient Oak Lane (including cul-de-sac south of Valley View Road).
Weatherstone Road from Lone Oak Lane to the west line of Lot 203.
Silkwood Trail from Lone Oak Lane to the east line of Lot 76.
Ancient Oak Lane from the west line of Outlot 13 to the east line of Lot 18.
Pine Hollow Place from Lone Oak Lane to the east line of Lot 11.
 
Public Alleys:
Alley Outlot 13 from Weatherstone Road to Ancient Oak Lane.
Alley Outlot 7 from Overlook Run northerly then southerly to Lots 92/93.
Alley Outlot 8 from Silkwood Trail to Overlook Run.  
 
Increase in street infrastructure value for project No. 53B2015 $445,329.51 useful life of 40 years.  
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee shall have commenced on November 6, 2006.
