WHEREAS, Great Neighborhoods South, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
Siggelkow Run from Siggelkow Road to Canyon Parkway.
Canyon Parkway from the west plat line to the east line of Lot 168.
Bautista Drive from Canyon Parkway to the north line of Lot 266.
Sledding Parkway from Bautista Drive to the east line of Lot 165.
Sledding Parkway from Bautista Drive to the west line of Lot 148.
Eagle Cave Drive from Sta. 14+32.89 to the east line of Lot 267.
Secret Garden Drive from Sledding Parkway to the north line of Lot 77.
Pacific Crest Road from Bautista Drive to the east line of Lot 230.
Alley from Secret Garden Drive to Bautista Drive.
Type "D" Intersection at Siggelkow Road and Siggelkow Run.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1951 $632,568.00 useful life of 40 years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the one year guarantee shall have commenced on November 8, 2006.
