Body
WHEREAS, Premium Real Estate, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
Apollo Way - South line to Lot 528 (existing street) to the west line of Lot 568 (Station 24+80.55).
Milky Way - North line of Outlot 31 (existing street) to the north line of Lot 549.
Orion Trail - North line of Outlot 30 (existing street) to the north line of Lot 568.
Alley (Outlot 29) - South line of Lot 489 (existing alley) northerly to end of radius on Lot 479 then easterly to Orion Trail.
Alley (Outlot 30) - Existing alley northerly then westerly to Orion Trail.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1969 $321,507.00 useful life of 40-years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee shall have commenced December 8, 2005.
