Whereas, The Parks Division is requesting authorization to use $63,000 in 2006 Park Development Fees account SI04 to be used exclusively for park improvements for Grandview Commons Park; and

Whereas, expenditures for the improvements will be charged as follows

        CE60.58515.810402.00.000000.60694N00 (Park Equipment)                    $63,000

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council hereby authorizes that the Parks 2006 Capital Budget be amended to include $63,000 from the 2006 Park Development Fees account to pay for the park improvements to Grandview Commons Park.
