Body
WHEREAS, Meadowlands Land, LLC c/o Veridian Homes has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
Littlemore Court from Littlemore Drive to the south end.
Increase in street infrastructure value for project No. 53B2045 $49,548.00 useful life of 40-years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one year guarantee shall have commenced on November 21, 2006.
