Body
WHEREAS, IAF Development, LLC c/o Veridian Homes, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements, excluding bituminous surface, on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the street improvements, excluding bituminous surface, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
Snowmist Trail from the southwest line of Lot 216 to South High Point Road.
Winter Park Place from Snowmist Trail to the south line of Lot 224 (existing street)
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2032 $128,625.00 useful lie of 40 years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee shall have commenced on May 9, 2006.
