WHEREAS, TR McKenzie, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
Silverstone Lane from Woods Road to the east plat line.
Dregers Way from Silverstone Lane to the east plat line.
Concrete sidewalk on the south side of Midtown Road from Woods Road to the
east plat line and on the east side of Woods Road from Midtown Road to the
south plat line.
Increase in street infrastructure value for project No. 53B2050 $332,169.76
useful life of 40 years
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the one-year guarantee shall have
commenced on January 2, 2007.
