Body
WHEREAS, Bartell Limited Partnership, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following improvements are hereby accepted:
Streets excluding bituminous pavement: Felland Road from Morgan Way to Crossing Place.
Sidewalks: Grand Crossing Road (existing sidewalk) to Felland Road;
Felland Road from Grand Crossing Road to Crossing Place;
East side of Crossing Place from Nelson Road to Felland Road;
North side of Nelson Road from Crossing Place to Felland Road.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1795 $212,046 useful life of 40 years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee shall have commenced on October 30, 2006.
