Body
WHEREAS, IAF Development, LLC c/o Veridian Homes, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
Stratton Way from Snowmist Trail easterly to the east line of Outlot 15 (existing street).
Snowmist Trail from Stratton Way northerly to the north line of Lot 207.
Snowcap Trail from Stratton Way southerly to the north line of Lot 166 (existing street).
Concrete sidewalk only on Stratton Way from Snowmist Trail westerly to the west line of Lots 149 and 150.
Madison Standard Ped/Bike Path (10-feet wide) in Outlot 11, between Lots 157 and 158.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1973 $108,608.00 useful life of 40 years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee shall have commenced December 19, 2005.
